30 DAY REFUND POLICY

Unlike most companies, we like to make things VERY clear to our customers.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the hosting package that you purchase from us, anytime in the first 30 days of your contract, we will refund to you your complete payment.

That does not include the cost of a domain name (if you purchased one through us).

BUT, we will go further than that. If you decide to cancel your site after 3 or more months, and you have prepaid us for the year, we will refund you for the time that you still have remaining on your contract.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of your request.

USER AGREEMENT

Most other companies have a user agreement that can easily be understood, IF YOU ARE A LAWYER! Ours is short, and easy to understand.

We will provide you with exactly what it says on our site. No more, and no less. Good, inexpensive, website hosting. If you are NOT happy with our service. Tell us about it (in writing). If we can't rectify the situation, we will give you your money back, no questions asked. We would appreciate knowing why we lost your business, but it's up to you whether you tell us or not.

You will be sharing the server with other customers, so all that we ask of you is that you do so in a responsible manner. Do NOT use your site in a manner that will overload our servers. If you do, you will be told about the problem. If it persists, we will have to cancel your contract.

We expect you to use your website in a responsible manner. We could list hundreds of things that we will not permit on our server (e.g. racism, warez, copyright infringement, pornography, etc.). If you think we might not allow it for some reason, then ask us BEFORE you order your site! If we find anything offensive on your website, or if we are told about it, we will caution you to remove it immediately. If you don't, your site will be shut down!

You are responsible for the files on your website. A backup tool is provided for you in CPanel, so please use it. You are also responsible for any content on your site or email that is sent from your mailserver.

Spamming is forbidden! If you do it, your site will be shut down!

If you use up your allotted bandwidth in a month, you will be notified and you can either pay for the extra bandwidth or your site will be shut down for the rest of that month.
